Data Deletion
Procedures to permanently delete your account and inventory.
Option 1: Deletion via App (Recommended)
You can delete your data instantly and autonomously by accessing the app:
- Open the ArtBox app and log in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap on Profile and Account.
- Tap the red Delete Account and Data button and confirm the action.
Note: This action is irreversible. All your saved materials and access credentials will be permanently erased from our servers.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request the manual deletion of your data by sending an email to our technical support from your registered account.
